Discount Home Gyms: Weight Benches
Weight benches are absolutely basic fitness equipment when designing a home gym studio. It is known that there are different types of benches: simple flat, inclined and declined. The first two are essential for weight lifting and workouts for chest, arms, biceps, triceps. Benches are not usually very expensive, but this is a part of the equipment which doesn’t have to be first class or brand new. You can always economize buying cheaper discount home gyms.
The best place to find bargains is ebay. You can find a flat bench for $30 or an inclined one for just a little bit more. It is a serious difference compared with brand new equipment from the top recognized manufacturers. A bench can easily cost $400, $500 and in some cases even $1000 for just a weight bench. So for those of you who have $1000 for the equipment you need for the entire studio, buying a single bench could cause you to end up with a situation where you are trying to exercise without any weights… and this is not exactly what you’re are looking for. If you want to buy a bench for reading only then we don’t recommend a declined bench… Let’s be serious: weight benches are nothing more than additional equipment. The most important things are weights, supplements and… calendars with girls in bikinis wearing high heels. It promotes testosterone production and helps burn calories during your workouts.
So if you have only $1000 my suggestion is: $30 for a bench, $100 for weights, $70 for other equipment and accessories, $10 for a calendar, $90 for supplements and the rest, $700 for a diving course in the Caribbean Islands. After all there are more interesting things in life than bodybuilding. $700 is enough for travel expenses, a dive course, a hotel room and a romantic supper with your new girlfriend from Jamaica. Sometimes they’re better than the girls from your calendar.
