Inversion Gravity Boots

Inversion Gravity Boots are boots that you can strap your ankles into an inversion bar, inversion rack or inversion table. It allows you to safely lock yourself into the table and or rack while you are hanging upside down freely without any support and avoiding the risks of falling down. Could you use inversion boots without the inversion table? Yes, but you cannot use it without the inversion bar or inversion rack.

Inversion boots is only advisable for fit and flexible users who can hang upside down by themselves without the support of inversion tables. With these boots only, you must have strength to invert and un – invert yourself. You must be capable of bringing up your whole body to connect and un – connect the inversion boots from the inversion rack. If you know you cannot do the same, then you have to use the inversion table instead.
Why do others prefer to use gravity boots, instead of the total stability and support brought about by the inversion table? Simply because with inversion boots, you can move freely than if you are stuck in an inversion table.

With inversion boots you can do other exercises like inverted sit – ups, squats, and crunches. At the same time, you can still enjoy the benefits of hanging up side down to release the pressure, compression and other negative effects of gravity to our spine and legs. Your joint, neck and back pains will be relieved also. So it is just like you are using an inversion table only that you don’t have any support at all. You are doing the inversion by yourself. Generally, inversion boots is not really for everyone. It is only for those who are capable and fit enough to be doing the inversion alone. If you are not one of them, it will be much better and safe if you use it with an inversion table.
