When the body is stretched by inverting, it soothes and relaxes the muscle, giving us a rejuvenating feeling. It helps our body to relax. You can even do yoga when you’re inverted. Any inversion therapy activity helps the oxygen in our body to increase its supply to our brain, causing us to feel well in terms of mental alertness and helps our brain to be sharp. Your joints stay healthy through inversion, giving an ease to be active again in terms of physical activities same as when you were in younger years.

Inversion therapy is not only for the back pains, it also gives many benefits resulting for us to have good and maintain healthy body.
