Keeping Your Lockers Arranged Neatly
Lockers are very useful, but when it comes to keeping them organized, it can be a real pain. Books can easily pile up at the bottom, causing a huge mess, and with only one little shelf, near the top, there’s no where else to put things. That’s where locker organizers come in. They can add an extra shelf (or two, or three) and help use up some of the empty space in the locker. Here’s some advice on what to look for when you shopping for a locker organizer.
Now, depending on what you’re looking for, a small shelf unit that sits at the bottom of the locker can work well, though personally I’ve always preferred using a hanging locker organizer instead. These organizers include multiple shelves instead of just one, to use up even more of the space you have, and will be at eye level instead of at the bottom of the locker, to make it easier to get to everything. It’s an excellent solution.
Usually the shelves are similar to canvas storage baskets that are hanging in the locker – they’re strong enough to hold pretty much anything you put on them, but they’re flexible enough to easily fit into the locker when you are installing it. Shelving on the bottom of the locker is often made of wire, but really, canvas is almost as strong, so that shouldn’t be much of a point for you. Especially since you have multiple shelves you can keep everything on, to divide up the weight.
Overall, a locker organizer, and particularly a hanging locker organizer, will do the best job of keeping everything in your locker neatly, saving time when you need to find something you have stored inside. By doing a quick search, either online or in a store near you, you should have no problem finding the perfect organizer for you.
