Why Organic SEO? Organic SEO deals with the process and techniques necessary to achieve a top ranking in search engines. Most SEO experts use techniques specifically for ranking well on Google. These SEO packages usually transfer into high rankings on most other search engines as well. Organic SEO techniques are hard work, oftentimes the benefits of this work are not materialized until months later. On the other hand using a paid listing like Adwords can get your site on the front page of Google in about a day. SEO Experts are not cheap either, a good SEO expert can cost upward of $800 a month. You continue to tweak your campaigns on a monthly basis and at the end of the Year your $500 ($300 PPC, $200 SEO expert), brings you over 3,000 visitors a month ( each visitor now costs you 16 cents) Your yearly cost this first year is higher, but you enjoyed thousands of new visitors straight away as compared to using organic SEO which started with just a few visits and then potentially grew to several thousands as well. This could amount to a significant difference in sales.
The beauty of organic SEO occurs once you are well ranked for your search terms. Your cost per visitor is zero. Even if for some reason you see a large surge in traffic one month, it costs you nothing, whereas a sudden increase in traffic using PPC can become quite costly.
Another benefit of organic SEO work, that you will tend to rank well for other key terms you did not even identify. This can mean even greater traffic. Even if you spend nothing on SEO or Internet marketing in year 2, you could see even more traffic and business than you would with PPC
